Mighty Jets of Jos have welcomed back veteran football coach, Bernard Ogbe, as the Technical Adviser of the club.

The General Manager of the Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Ferdinand Mbum and Assistant General Manager, Salisu Nakande, introduced the coach to the players on Wednesday.

The former Lobi Stars and Niger Tornadoes manager will lead Mighty Jets’ charge for promotion in the forthcoming 2023/2024 NNL season.

Assistant General Manager, Salisu Nakande who addressed the players, commended them for their dedication so far saying coach Ogbe is experienced and ready to get the best out of them.

On his part, the new Technical Adviser, encouraged the players to put in their best as he said his team selection is going to be strictly on merit.

Until his appointment, Coach Ogbe enjoyed brief stints with Bendel Insurance and Niger Tornadoes.

It was from Jets that he left to handle Niger Tornadoes, another club he had coached previously.

He had previously guided Niger Tornadoes to their FA Cup victory in the year 2000, coached Nasarawa United, Adamawa United, JUTH FC, Akwa United and Plateau United.

Ogbe officially resumed yesterday and is expected to recruit quality players for registration for the new season.
