Tech professional Olachi Gogo Achonwa has launched Elchiztrixx, a technology startup focused on business intelligence and data visualization aimed at helping businesses transform raw data into actionable insights.

Through Elchiztrixx, users can simply drag and drop CSV or Excel files to instantly generate data visualisations, enabling organisations to make faster, smarter, and more informed business decisions.

Olachi developed a passion for data visualization during her studies at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, where a classroom experience sparked her interest in analytics and storytelling through data.

Over the years, she built strong expertise in analytics, operational improvement, and data-driven decision-making, using deep analysis to identify opportunities, improve systems, and enhance organisational performance. She also credits several leadership principles, including innovation, curiosity, high standards, accountability, and results-driven execution, for shaping her professional mindset.

One of her notable professional achievements involved leading forecasting and optimisation processes that improved operational efficiency, increased forecast accuracy, reduced staffing variance, and strengthened organisational planning systems.

Now based in Nigeria, Olachi is focused on helping African businesses unlock the value of their data through accessible and user-friendly technology solutions.

“Data should not be complicated or inaccessible,” she said. “Businesses should be able to quickly understand their numbers and use them to make better decisions.”

As Nigeria’s technology ecosystem continues to grow, Olachi hopes Elchiztrixx will empower entrepreneurs, startups, and established organisations to embrace stronger data cultures and make smarter strategic decisions.
