Nigerians are ready to elect the right leaders that will make the country better in the 2023 general elections, the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, has said.

Speaking in Abuja, when the vice presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Bishop Isaac Idahosa, paid him a visit, he said the country was at a crossroads but from the pulse in the nation, the streets, mainstream and social media, the people were ready to save the country.

The traditional ruler hoped that Nigerians would listen to the manifestos of the parties and get proper information about the candidates to shape their decisions as they elect their leaders.

He said, as a royal father, he was out to listen to all who came to him and give them a fair hearing.

Earlier, Idahosa said he came to solicit the support of the royal father for the party’s success.
