Ace Nollywood actor, producer and director Omoni Oboli is debuting a new movie ‘Okafor’s Law’ March 31.

Featuring the likes of Richard Mofe Damijo, Omoni Oboli, Toyin Abraham, Ufuoma McDermott, Gabriel Afolayan, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Tina Mba, Mary Lazarus, Ken Erics, Halima Abubakar, Kemi Lala Akindoju and Yvonne Jegede, ‘Okafor’s Law’ is being tipped for great things, according to pundits.

The movie tells the story of a slick serial seducer, Chuks (aka Terminator) who is an ardent player. He enjoys the attention of women, including girlfriends from the past. He believes that once a man has had a woman, he forever has access to her. When challenged by his friends to see if he can prove the universality of that theory with three ex-girlfriends from his school days within 21 days, he accepts it. Turning on his best charm he sets off to try and prove himself, but his quest brings him to three women, Ifeoma, Tomi and Ejiro, whose situations in life have changed drastically since school days. This challenge of their various new statuses makes his quest to win the bet more and more insurmountable as he tries to prove the immutability of the age-old law, Okafor’s Law.

Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), described ‘Okafor’s Law’ as rooted in the eternal lessons of lust and saucy romantic comedy which has eaten deep into the heart of romantic audiences, explaining the sexual games men and women play with one another.

Featuring a sharp script and a delightful cast who know how to have fun with the material, Okafor’s Law is a risqué delight.

Oboli’s last effort, ‘Wives on Strike,’ was one of 2016 biggest Nollywood hits in cinemas.
