In their desperation to capture power by all means so that they can have an absolute control of the National Assembly, the group that claims to maintain independence of the legislature, that is the ‘Like-Minds’ has forged a Standing Order rules which enabled them to manipulate their way to where they are today. It is a shame that this antic of gangsterism has been institutionalised by a group of power mongers. It is the highest form of irresponsibility we have ever witnessed in any parliament. Today, Nigerians are watching to see how this scandal can be swept under the carpet.
