On the non-performance of legislators

There is no wonder that today some state capitals, especially in the north, are now witnessing massive increase in the number of motorcycle roaming our roads. Traffic jams and increases in the rate of accidents involving cyclists and exhaust fumes stricken air is just a few of the woes experienced by road users. The lawmakers have not taken into consideration the consequences of increasing number of motorcycles on the few available roads within the state capitals. Now, if the lawmakers, in their bid to restore confidence among their people decide to distribute motorcycles to them the question is why they have failed to channel same resources to more productive endeavours that will benefit their people?
