I can vividly recollect a piece of article written by me headlined, “2023 Election Campaigns: Admonitions to Goverment, Youths” published in Punch Newspaper on September 5, 2022. In sum, we plead with the conventional and unconventional security personnel to work hand-in-hand to nab and make the murderer of Victoria, a workaholic, diligent and industrious woman punished by the 1999 constitution as amended. Doing this will peradventure tackle the spate of insecurity in the state and our country in general.
