Fatogun who made this known during a visit to the school for mentally retarded at Igbo Oya , Oke Igbo in Ile–Oluji/ Oke Igbo Local Government said Governor Olusegun Mimiko-led government would not shy away from its responsibilities of giving education to all.

She described the students as special gifts from God, calling on individuals that are physically challenged to take advantage of the school, noting that such would go a long way in actualizing their potentials.

She urged the teachers in the school to always show love to them stressing that the school was free, including feeding.

The school principal, Mr Emotimi Bimbofa expressed appreciation to the present government for establishing the school which he said was formerly located at Ikare Akoko, adding that government should provide more facilities in the school to cater for 250 students that would be admitted this academic session.
