ONGA, a leading seasoning cube brand of Promasidor Nigeria Limited, has unveiled a new cube flavour, the Dandano seasoning cube, designed to enhance every meal of choice with rich, savoury flavour and aroma, providing a convenient way to boost the taste of a variety of dishes.

The Culinary Category Manager, Promasidor Nigeria Limited, Omotayo Olaobaju, made this known at the product launch of the ONGA Dandano seasoning cube in Yola, Adamawa State, noting that the product is borne out of research and the yearnings of its Northern consumers.

She further explained that while the newly improved ONGA Beef and Chicken seasoning cubes already offer enhanced flavour and aroma, this new addition, ONGA Dandano seasoning cube, provides an even richer, more savoury and superior taste that enhances a wide range of dishes, including traditional Northern meals.

Explaining the insight behind the introduction of the new ONGA Dandano cube and how it suits the preferences of Northern consumers, the Culinary Category Manager, Omotayo Olabaju, said the product’s distinct flavour was developed considering the Northern culinary traditions and their taste sensory profile. ONGA Dandano cube is the new flavour for every home and every meal.

The Head of Sales, Promasidor Nigeria Limited, Olakunle Ayeni, said the new ONGA Dandano seasoning cube is an all-in-one seasoning cube available in packs of 50 and 100 cubes.

He therefore urged wives, mothers, and chefs to embrace the new flavour to stand out in their cooking, noting that it ensures even distribution of flavour in every meal.

On their part, distributors of ONGA products under Promasidor Nigeria Limited, Mohammed Sani from Gombe, Oluwole Ayoola in Yola, and Abubakar Jibrin from Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State described the new ONGA Dandano as a seasoning cube that will elevate the Northern woman cooking experience without the need for multiple individual spices and expressed confidence that it will boost their sales.

They also advised the management of Promasidor Nigeria Limited to roll out various support and trade incentives to stimulate demand and increase sales within the market and among customers.
