Oodua Investment has partnered a private real estate company, Aerofield Homes to build luxury apartments in Ikeja area of Lagos state.
The project tagged, Ikeja Luxury Apartments is a joint housing project with the Oodua Investment and Aerofield Homes and located within the highbrows area of Ikeja GRA, Lagos state.
Speaking on the project, the Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes, Armstrong Akintunde, said the collaboration between his property company and Oodua investment is hinged on further expansion of the socio-economic prosperity of Nigerians, particularly as it relates to provision of decent housing.
Akintunde who spoke during the groundbreaking ceremony, marking the beginning of construction of luxury apartments, reaffirmed the commitment of his company to get the housing project delivered in record time.
Akintunde said “We are extremely proud of this partnership and we are grateful to all the drivers of this lofty dreams, I mean those who believe in our capabilities and expertise to make a huge difference in providing decent and qualitative housing for Nigerians.
