Foremost estate developer, Orisun estate has just introduced a new Home Ownership Scheme called BA-PAY OFF PLAN SALE.
The developer said that the new scheme was   part of its efforts to bringing lasting solutions to the housing needs of Nigerians, removing every hassle associated with building your dream home and providing affordable payment plans devoid of heavy budget.
 A statement from the  estate developer states  that – BA-PAY enables all categories of Nigerians to own their own dream homes and  addresses the problem of shelter for even the least paid employee to the better paid professionals.
“ BA-PAY is the only product that allows a subscriber to “build his home as he pays, thereby breaking down the construction process into financially manageable stages,” it said.
