Orji made this revelation when he made an unscheduled facility tour to the centre recently.
According to Orji, all plans have been concluded by the state government and they were waiting for their foreign partners from India who would Mann the equipment.
The Governor maintained that when the centre becomes functional all patients suffering from renal dieses would have a sigh of relief.
Orji said, “6 dialysis machines have already been installed to ensure that every patient at the centre gets attention.
He however, described the centre when unveiled as one pet project that would benefit all Nigerians.
The state government revealed that the centre was established through private public partnership as the state provided 180 million as grants.
Continuing” the state government took into consideration, local content, doctors and nurse at the centre are Nigerians” Orji emphasized.
