Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has taken to his social media page to begin celebrations for SSC Napoli’s Serie A win.

Napoli are on the verge of winning their first Serie A title in 33 years after a hard-fought win over Juventus in Turin on Sunday.

Osimhen took to his Instagram page to pen a short message to Napoli fans, telling them it’s their turn to celebrate as Italian champions.

“Dear Neapolitans, you Have Waited Long Enough. Now. It’s Your Turn,” he wrote.

Osimhen was in action as the Partenopei overcame the Old Lady 1-0 with Giacomo Raspadori the hero of the day.

Raspadori emerged as the night’s star after his crucial stoppage-time victory in a match impacted by VAR.

Osimhen played the entire game against Juventus but was unable to add to his league tally of 21 goals.

He created two chances and assisted on two others, but his teammate stole the show with a late winner.

However, the 24-year-old has already begun to rejoice, since Napoli could win for the first time in over three decades as early as next weekend.

The last time Napoli were crowned champions of Italy was in 1990 under the guidance of late Argentina football great Diego Maradona.

With the victory over Juventus, Napoli extended their lead at the top of the table to 17 points.

With seven more games to go, Osimhen and his teammates could seal the title next weekend in front of their home fans when they host Salernitana on Saturday.
