‘(2)’Without prejudice to the generality of subsection(1)of this section, every person shall be entitled to freedom to own, establish and operate any medium for the dissemination of information, ideas and opinions’ Why has the Nigerian Senate refused to pass the bill of  paying N5000 as monthly allowances to the unemployed youths across the country? Instead, one distinguished senator from Kebbi state presented a motion which is suggesting two years in prison and even fine of the sum of N2,000,000m to whomsoever sends a text massage in any form of media which is abusive to someone. Based on my opinion this is contrary to the provisions of our constitution.
