Over 1,000 Nigerians in diaspora have subscribed to the ultra modern Grand View Park and Garden Estate being developed by Adron Homes and Properties Limited in Atan, Ogun State.

Group Managing Director of the company, Dr. (Oba) Adetola Emmanuel King,said the estate is a peninsula and resort which would boast of recreational centre, shopping mall, among others.

He disclosed this during the commissioning of a N70 million rural electrification project funded by the company at Oluwanishola village Atan in Ado-Odo Ota Local Government of Ogun State.

The project, he said, was part of the company’s policy of putting smiles on people of the community where Adron’s estates are located.
