Over 254 Adamawa indigenes hospitalized in North-west

Over 254 Adamawa indigenes are admitted in various hospitals across states in North-west region, a statement by Coalition of Adamawa state Indigenes (ACI) residing in the region has indicated.
The statement said the coalition was in constant contact with its members in the states within the region and its records had shown that over 254 Adamawa indigenes were under admission at various hospitals in the North-west region.
The association said these people were in serious need of assistance and urged the state government to as a matter of urgency to come to the aid of the sick Adamawa indigenes.
The statement was issued and jointly signed by the coalition’s chairman and secretary, Muhammad Usman Yarima Haman and Ibrahim Abdullahi after an emergency meeting held in Kano.
The coalition also reaffirmed their support to what the state Governor Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo was doing in restructuring the state.
According to the statement the coalition had noticed with satisfaction the development so far attained within the short period that the governor spent in office.
“We are not oblivion of the positive development so far recorded in Adamawa state, over 34 road construction embarked upon by the state government and we have also gathered that out of these 34 road projects 17 are at the verge of completion.
