Until his appointment, Samuel Pam was the Deputy Manager in charge of Marketing Support North, Payments and Collections Office, First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

A statement from the Director of Press and Public Affairs to Governor Jonah Jang, James Mannok, said Samuel Pam”s appointment takes effect from Monday, July 15, 2013.
Pam will be taking the place of Mrs Rauta Jat whose tenure at the Board elapses this weekend.
