PASAN Games underway in Abeokuta

According to the president of PASAN, Comrade Fatai Jimoh, the governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Awosun has ‘graciously approved’ to sponsor and host the 2nd edition of the games which he said is aimed at fostering  peace and unity among staff of legislatures.

The organizers said the games which commenced yesterday would end on Saturday July 14 and the climax would be the investiture award on deserving individuals like the First Lady Mrs. Dame Patience Jonathan, former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Senate President, Senator David Mark and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal.

The 2nd edition of the Parliamentary Games is featuring events like football, table tennis, badminton, and scrabble.
