A pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Favour Gbenga, and two of his children aged eight (girl) and 10 (boy) have been abducted from his compound in Kuchiko Ijah community in Tafa LGA of Niger State.
City & Crime learnt that the incident happened in the early hours of Monday.
A resident said, “They slapped his wife and forced her to lie down as they were leaving the house. After they left, the woman alerted neighbours.’’
Another resident, who preferred to remain anonymous, said the incident was coming after another resident, simply known as Ajayi, a civil servant, was released about a week ago after a ransom of N20m and two motorcycles were given to his abductors.

He further said, “We are contributing money to the vigilantes and other security agencies to assist us, yet it seems there is no positive result.’’
