The Presiding Pastor of The Master’s Place International Church, Pastor Korede Komaiya, has emphasized the importance of families as the foundation of peace and stability in any nation.

Pastor Komaiya made this assertion in a recently released video message titled “All-Round Family and Marital Rest.” In the message, he described the family as the building block of society and a key determinant of national stability.

Addressing his congregation, the cleric stated that families play a critical role in shaping nations, noting that strong homes contribute to the development of responsible and stable citizens. He explained that every individual, including those serving in national institutions, originates from a family unit, stressing that societal outcomes often reflect the condition of homes.

According to him, a peaceful home fosters emotional and psychological well-being, while conflict-ridden homes can negatively affect individuals and, by extension, society. He added that personal success is incomplete without peace at home, noting that rest and fulfillment are difficult to achieve when domestic harmony is absent.

“The home is where convictions are formed and attitudes are cultivated,” Pastor Komaiya said, adding that families ultimately produce the leaders, educators, and professionals who serve the nation.

He further admonished that societal peace cannot exist without peaceful homes, explaining that strong families contribute to stronger communities and institutions, including the church.

In another recently released message that has attracted public attention, Pastor Komaiya stated that love and genuine care are central to leadership and human relationships. He highlighted the importance of positive relationships between employers and employees, describing leadership as an expression of love through responsibility and care for people’s future.

He cited examples from his ministry, noting that the church prioritizes staff welfare through various support initiatives, which he said reflect its commitment to responsible leadership and compassion.

According to him, effective leadership is not merely about authority but about service, empathy, and creating an environment where people can thrive.
