PCC promotes 18 staff in Niger

The Chief Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Hon. Chile G. Igbawua, has approved the promotion of 18 out of 20 Officers from the Public Complaints Commission, Niger State, that sat for the 2018 promotion exercise in Abuja.

This was disclosed by the Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Niger State, Malam Abdulrahman Mohammed, in a statement, yesterday.

He said the 18 members of staff were promoted to the next level based on their impressive performance during the exercise, adding that the grade level of officers ranged from GL15 down to GL05.

Giving a further breakdown of the results, the commissioner revealed that two officers were promoted from Chief Investigation Officers on Grade Level 14 to Assistant Director of Investigation; two promoted from Principal Officers on Grade Level 12 to Assistant Chiefs on Grade Level 13; while others were from Grade Level 5 through to Grade Level 10.

Mal. Abdulrahman, while presenting the successful staff with their letters of promotion in Minna, urged them to put in more effort in their new positions to justify the confidence the management has in them.

Responding on behalf of the newly promoted officers, Malam Abdullateef Sheriff Ibrahim who was promoted from Chief Investigation Officer to Assistant Director Investigation, thanked the commissioner and the management for the confidence reposed on them.

He assured that they would put more effort in the service of the commission and humanity in general.
