The coalition of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) support groups has said with the successful and peaceful national convention, the party is ready and determined to reclaim power at the centre in 2023. 

It also disclosed that it has raised more than 3000 support groups across the country to mobilize grassroots supports for the party and ensure they take over from the APC. 

The National Convener of the coalition, Mr. Fortune Oyadonghan, while speaking with Daily Trust in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, said the group is firmly rooted to mobilize grassroots support and ensure victory for PDP during the presidential election in 2023.

He also expressed happiness with the party’s organs for their well-planned and successful national convention that brought the new National Working Committee (NWC) led by Senator Dr. Iyorchia Ayu to the helm of affairs of the party.
