A former Governor of Sokoto state and a PDP presidential aspirant Attahiru Bafarawa has said that he did not receive salary during his tenure.

Speaking at PDP Presidential convention in Port Harcourt, Bafarawa said he did not receive any salary “for 8 years I served as Sokoto State Governor. I also lived in my house for eight years as a governor and did not demand accommodation allowance from government.”
