PDP welcomes Tambuwal

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has welcome the Executive Governor of Sokoto State and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal to the party.

The governor on Wednesday announced his defection from APC to PDP.

The party in a tweet few minutues after the announcement said,"Breaking News! The Executive Governor of Sokoto State and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal @AWTambuwal has also dumped the failed and dysfunctional @APCNigeria and has returned to the @OfficialPDPNig. We welcome him back home".
