Under the “hood”, the new K-7 is running firmware version 1.03 and adds support for Pentax’s FA Limited interchangeable lens series. The camera also comes in a limited edition silver housing which is quite a looker. Bundled along with the DSLR will be a copy of the latest version of their Digital Camera Utility 4 image processing application. Only 1000 units of the Limited Edition will be made. They will be start shipping in Japan on March 13th.
