I wish to remind you that Olusegun Obasanjo was not the president of Nigeria in 2008, having handed over to the late President Umar Musa Yar’adua on May 29th 2007. Secondly,   Amal Pepple is not the first female Head of Service of the Federation. That distinction belongs to Engineer Ebele Ofunneke Okeke, who was appointed by the late President Umar Musa ‘Yar’adua on July 12, 2007 as the first female Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. She took over from Alhaji Mahmud Yayale Ahmed, who was appointed Minister of Defence.

Ms Pepple was then appointed Head of the Civil Service of the Federation on June  16, 2008 when Engr. Okeke clocked 60 years and retired  from the civil service. I hope you would cross check these facts and correct them.
