The federal government recently reduced the pump price of petrol from N125 to N121.

Often times, most filling stations foot drag in adjusting their pump prices to reflect the new price when there is reduction.

It is in this vein that I call on the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Petroleum Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPRA) to monitor the filling stations to ensure immediate compliance.

Defaulting filling stations should be sanctioned accordingly to serve as deterrent to others.
