PFN to Christians: Use INEC’s e-registration to elect credible leaders in 2023

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has called on Christians to take advantage of the electronic registration system introduced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to elect credible leaders to power come 2023.

The chairman of PFN in the South South region, Apostle Zilly Aggrey, gave the charge during the Social Security Outreach programme organized by the body in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, yesterday.

The clergyman, who is the founder of Royal House of Grace Church, said by actively participating in the voters’ registration exercise, Christians will play a vital role in choosing the next set of leaders in the country.

He said: “The Christians should take advantage of having voter’s card, most especially now that INEC has started electronic registration of voters’ card.”

The Chairman of PFN in Bayelsa State, Bishop Prosper Ayawei, who outlined strategies put in place to sensitize Christians about the process of electronic registration system, urged the people to embrace it.

He said: “We have the strategies, prepare and plan. The first strategy is the sensitization method and we are going to have a bigger forum in every local government area. They will form a political party and have the state social security officers.”
