Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, on Sunday, led a delegation to the funeral of Hon Ahmed Aliyu Jalam, former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Bauchi.
Daily Trust had reported that Jalam died in a car crash along Bauchi-Jalam expressway, on Saturday.
The governor visited the residence of late Jalam and expressed condolences with his family.

The Governor prayed that the “Almighty Allah forgive Jalam’s shortcomings and grant him eternal rest”.
The commissioner is survived by wives and many children.
