Friends, political associates, family members, governors, traditional and religious leaders, as well as other well-wishers, on Monday gathered in Abuja for the one-year remembrance of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Among those in attendance were former First Lady Aisha Buhari and former Head of State, Gen. Yakubu Gowon (retd.), who joined mourners in paying tribute to the late Nigerian leader at the solemn event.
