Management of the University of Jos says lecturers will adopt the mixed model to engage students at both school and home during class sessions, adding that other academic activities will happen through the new method.

It said the decision was part of the school’s effort to revitalize education during the COVID-19 as nobody knows when the disease would end.

Professor Tanko Ishaya, DVC (Academic), said at a press conference at the university that the process involved the use of modern technologies where students at home could receive lectures.
