The MD/CEO of Platinum Mortgage Bank Ltd, Engr Emmanuel Mbaka, in an address at the occasion, said the mall has office spaces all en-suite designed to suit the requirements of modern day business.
He said in the bank’s commitment to improve the welfare of Nigerians, particular attention was paid to the engineering and structural design of the mall to ensure maximum safety and comfort of users.
He said the finishing gives the place a state-of-the-art outlook.
Mbaka said the mall is located at the centre of Abuja city to serve Maitama, Katampe, Mabushi, Jahi districts and their environs.
He said the goal of the bank in the next five years is to provide 10,000 housing units for the generality of Nigerians across the federation accessible through the National Housing Fund (NHF) scheme of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).
Catholic Archbishop of Abuja Cardinal John Onaiyekan who commissioned the mall said it will give Nigerians the chance to retire from government offices to their personal offices, giving them something to fall back on after retirement.
He urged well meaning Nigerians to support government by constructing structures for the public so that the economy will improve.
