Please let the budget be

It will be recalled when this administration proposed a unique budget for the 2016 fiscal year with a beautiful title zero budget every Nigerian was of the believed that this time around is business unusual unlike the previous budgets which were unbelievable with a tradition of failed, fake and abundant projects.
But suddenly the National Assembly turns out to be more of a disgrace and huge disappointment. The story of missing budget was never in Nigerian history not even at any state level but Nigerians are up to today still disappointed with the members of the Senate.
Nigerians have not yet recover from the psychological disappointment they suffered from the crisis in the Senate over the missing budget and now comes a worse scenario called PADDING. This started like a joke but it is real. Without mentioning any name from both sides and the actors involved in the padding matter everyone following the story is perhaps surprised over the manner in which the members of the National Assembly have been pocketing our national budget since the return of this democratic dispensation.
A simple question I wish to ask here is, what is the National Assembly actually planning for this government? Are we sure this democracy will live long with these type of institutional failure? I hope and pray that God Almighty in His ultimate power set right our politicians, civil servants, traditional leaders, students, and even married women to enable us make Nigeria great.
