Please, restore our power supply, Ikeja Disco

Despite my series of complaints, we are yet to have power supply restored to my area.

There has been no power supply in my street, Mufutau Shoetan Lane, Off Adebisi Awosoga Street, Dopemu Lagos. The situation has been ongoing since Tuesday 2nd February, 2021.

Our transformer which is located at the front of a church suddenly made a loud noise immediately after, staff of ikeja electric came around claiming they were looking for those that by-passed meter.

They were instantly informed before they left and promised to have repaired the fault. There had been no light in that street since Tuesday 2nd, February 2021.

We have tried to contact them since but they kept promising they will come which they never did up till this moment.

I was directed to the Dopemu office to contact one Mr Anthony(Antia) but he has failed to pick several calls put across to him.

I want to appeal that necessary action be directed so as to alleviate the suffering in my area. We are poor citizens with no means of compensating (bribing), but we believe we can get justice. NERC and all concerned authorities should help us intervene please. Regards.
