Please YOUWIN! Our (North-East) certificates!!

As for the first session which started since October last year, it has witnessed series of activities before the winners finally emerged on March 19 this year. Among these activities there was the workshop organized by YOUWIN in October for applicants in six geo-political zones, according to where one has applied. Unfortunately, all the participants from five geo-political zones (South-South, South-West, South-East, North-Central and North-West) were given their certificates of attendance for workshop, but none of us from North East region was given his certificate of attendance. Surprisingly when we were in Abuja for Validation and Legal Agreement with YOUWIN on 19 May, we laid our complaint to them and they said the certificates were ready promising to send to us immediately when we were back home; about a month today we have not seen anything!!

We know certificates are the evidences that show something somebody did in the past and worthy of documentation, so that the world shall admit that and it might serve him/her for further endeavours in life. Had it been one attended the school that lacks the certificate at the end, nobody will recognize his/her attendance and give him/her job in  relation to what he/she claims to have learnt. This means in addition to acquiring knowledge, which we already acquired from North East YOUWIN workshop organized in Gombe, one also has to have the certificate, as our colleagues from other zones were given their’s, let YOUWIN, please give us ours!!!
