Azeez was arraigned over a false ownership claim of a half-plot of land.
The police prosecutor, Mr Taiwo Adegoke, told the court that the defendant committed the offence in 2018 at Owode-Ede area in Osogbo.

Magistrate Risikat Olayemi granted the defendant bail in the sum of N100,000 and one surety in the like sum.
He adjourned the case till August 26, 2019.
