The police in Adamawa State have raided criminal hideouts and arrested 13 for kidnapping.
They also recovered one AK47 rifle, two double-barrel pistols, two Dane guns, 24 rounds of live ammunition, one leg chain padlock, military uniforms, three motorcycles and a sum of N358,500.

The Commissioner of Police, S.K Akande, revealed these at a press briefing Monday in Yola, the state capital.
He said the police operatives acted on intelligence which led to the arrest and recovery.
He said the police would not relent in the manhunt for suspects on the run.
