The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has confirmed the arrest of 19 suspected cultists following a violent gun duel in Bakassi Yimitu Village, Apo-Waru axis of Abuja.
FCT Police Commissioner CP Saka Ajao Adewale told journalists that the suspects were arrested by a joint task force over escalating cult-related activities in the area.
He added that the suspected cultists would be profiled and prosecuted.
