The Osun State Police Command has arrested four suspected cultists and recovered charms and fire arms from them. 

Police also arrested two young men, Ademola Titilola and Babatunde Awolola with human hands along Ogbomosho/Oyo Road at Agoro area in Iwo.

The Commissioner of Police in the state, Fimihan Adeoye, said the cultists were in Ipetumode and that one automatic pistol and a locally made pistol were recovered from the suspects.

The CP said the matter is under investigation and that the suspects would face the full wrath of the law after the investigation. He noted that police would not relent in its efforts to curb the proliferation of light arms in the country.

Adeoye assured that the police would always be proactive in arresting cultist and hoodlums before they would perpetrate evil and endanger lives of innocent citizens.
