Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested four members of a suspected armed robbery syndicate alleged to be specialised in stealing motorcycles and other valuables from unsuspecting members of the public.

The police said the suspects, Ifeanyi Okolie (38), Ogochukwu Emmanuel (33), Joseph Egwu (42) and Yakubu Yusuf (28) were members of a syndicate operating within Asaba/Okpanam/Ibusa/Ogwashi-Uku and its environs.

The command’s spokesperson, Edafe Bright, said the suspects, who specialised in motorcycle theft, were arrested during a sting operation.
