The police public relations officer, Bauchi command, DSP Haruna Mohammed, said that police detectives attached to Ganjuwa Division arrested the suspect after he lured the toddler to his resident about 8pm and had a forceful canal knowledge of her. He revealed that the victim was rushed to Miya Primary Health Care Centre for medical examination.
He said the suspect would be charged to court after investigation.
