The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command said it has arrested three notorious wanted suspected kidnappers alongside armed suppliers that have been involved in a series of abductions and murders across the FCT and its environs.
Ajoa Saka Adewale, the FCT Police Commissioner, who disclosed this to newsmen, said the suspects were arrested by the operatives of the command’s Scorpion Squad, led by ACP Victor O. Godfrey.
He said the operatives, acting on credible digital reconstructive intelligence, successfully tracked and apprehended the suspects in coordinated operations across Kaduna, Niger, and Nasarawa states.
He gave the names of the arrested suspects as Ya’u Shittu, native of Kafanchan LGA of Kaduna State, Saleh Usman, a native from Niger State and Ibrahim Abdullahi, a resident of Mpape in Abuja.

He said the three arrested suspects, including the arms supplier, had been on the command’s wanted list, adding that they belong to a ruthless kidnapping syndicate responsible for multiple violent crimes across the territory.
