Macdon mentioned in a press release made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Uyo that the second recovered vehicle, a black Toyota 4Runner Hilux with Reg. No. BWR 561 HK was abandoned by the fleeing robbers when the police accosted them at the hotel they were trying to rob.
He stated that the vehicle had been reported stolen at gunpoint from Ultimate Filling Station in Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area.
