Poly establishes anti-corruption unit

The Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, has established an Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU) in order to address the problems of extortion and intimidation among staff and students.

The Rector of the institution, Dr. Mohammed Kabir Abdullahi, made this known during the 2018/2019 matriculation.

Dr. Abdullahi said the unit would also receive and deal with complaints from staff and students on academic fraud and harassment and advised the students not to involve themselves in vices that might hinder their educational pursuit.
