Lack of financial independence of the judiciary mostly in the states led to low compliance with court rulings, the judiciary goes to the executive to beg for money and this lowers the integrity of the judiciary. The anti-corruption stance of the present administration needs the judiciary to achieve this therefore the President and the Minister of Justice need to urgently address this matter.
