The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) is set to undertake a nationwide tour as part of efforts to promote ease of doing business across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The tour billed to start on June 23, 2025, will encourage and enable sub-nationals to initiate reforms that will drive the ease of doing business, according a statement released Wednesday by the Director General of (PEBEC), Princess Zahrah Mustapha-Audu.
The DG said the essence of the tour is to ease business operations in states hence the team will hold town hall meetings and technical sessions with state government officials, providing a platform for stakeholders to engage and share experiences and propose reforms
She added, “The goal is to create a more conducive business environment, attracting investment, and driving economic growth across Nigeria.”
“The tour will provide an opportunity for businesses, investors, and the general public to interact with government officials, share concerns, and propose solutions to challenges hindering business growth.”
