The ninth episode of the TV series, ‘Professor Johnbull,’ entitled ‘Mobile Dustbin’ has served as an advocacy tool for healthy living while condemning unhygienic practices.
The opening scene of the series, sponsored by telecoms company, Globacom, featured award-winning Nollywood actor, OC Ukeje, who played Efosa, storming the residence of Prof. Johnbull (Kanayo O. Kanayo) to inform him that Churchill had been arrested.
The professor upon receiving the news went in search of his son.
Meanwhile, the nkwobi seller, Olaniyi and the yam vendor, Mai Doya had their business premises sealed off. Etuk’s hotel, where Samson works as a manager, was not spared either because they all kept their environments filthy.
As usual, Professor Johnbull, lived up to his billing as the moral compass of his community by declining to throw his weight around with a view to freeing those who flouted the law on sanitation, including his son, Churchill (Jnr. Pope).
Professor Johnbull, spared no word in reprimanding his son, who was arrested by health inspectors for littering the street with okpa leaves, a traditional delicacy among the Igbo people.
The affected parties were to congregate in the professor’s house to seek his assistance. This provided the opportunity for the scholar to offer advice on how to keep the environment clean while lashing out at those with unhygienic habits. He went on to temporarily suspend his consumption of Olaniyi’s nkwobi until he was sure that the “gastronomic laboratory” was clean enough.
Olaniyi (Yomi Fash-Lanso) again ran afoul of the law when he was arrested for littering Prof. Johnbull’s gate with orange peels while visiting Caro, (Mercy Johnson-Okojie) Johnbull’s house maid.
Caro however turned down his overtures, probably as a form of poetic justice for his failure to heed the call for him to embrace hygienic conducts.  
Professor Johnbull was to later visit Olaniyi in the custody of health inspectors without making any attempt to bail him but made it clear that he would not condone any habit negating healthy living.
