The company also stressed the need for effective top-level management support as a driving force to achieving project implementation and technological adoption in Nigeria.
Head Project management Capability, Accenture Nigeria, Adedapo Adewole who represented the country Manager Niyi Yusuf in a presentation at the just concluded project management conference in Lagos noted that a successful project must fulfill on time delivery, meet business requirement, on budget delivery, quality,  return on investment, customer and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Achieving successful project, he noted, must therefore include early introduction of project management which brings about project excellence delivery of projects.
He said, adhering to project management methods and strategies reduce risks, cut costs and improve success rates as project management maturity level impacts on-time and on-budget project delivery.
