The Chief Business Officer of PropertyPro.ng, Sulaiman Balogun, disclosed this on Tuesday at a press briefing held at the Maison Fahrenheit Hotel, Victoria Island in Lagos.
According to him, the 2018 edition of the Lagos Home & Property Festival is the 3rd edition of the largest trade show in Africa to provide homes and properties solutions to real estate lovers in Nigeria.
He added that the first two editions were held in the mainland and the island of Lagos state, Nigeria respectively.
Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer of PropertyPro.ng, Fikayo Ogundipe, said this year’s edition will hold on December 8 and 9 at Muri-Okunola Park, Victoria Island in Lagos.
With a capacity to host over 100 exhibitors, guru sessions and VIP lounges, Ogundipe said, the venue was specifically chosen to showcase the availability of high quality, genuine real estate developments, as well as home fittings, home essentials and building materials to the general public.
Commenting on the festival, Colins Oforgu, the Head of Media and Exhibitions at PropertyPro.ng, said the Lagos Home and Property Festival is the B2B & B2C platform for Real Estate developers, manufacturers & distributors of home furniture, home fittings, building materials and home appliances to meet with over 5,000 home buyers, real estate investors, high net-worth individuals, real estate agents and individuals in need of new options for lands, homes, home fittings, building materials, home electronics and gadgets.
He added that the festival is structured to accommodate participants from all over Lagos, most especially from the mainland and Lagos Island.
Balogun however noted that the event is structured to deliver 3 major highlights to meet the needs of the large population of buyers and participants.
He said there will be VIP lounges to offer affluent participants relaxation and exceptional VIP experiences.
He added that there will also be guru sessions in form of classes which will be divided into segments such as Culinary Sessions, How to make money in Real Estate, D-I-Y Furniture Making and How to grow your business, where participants can acquire relevant skills or learn new things.
“Also, the Online Expo is an opportunity for exhibitors & sponsors to showcase their top 5 best product deals and for attendees to in turn grab deals ranging from deals in estates, lands, home furniture & fittings, home appliances, building materials, home automation & gadgets,” he said.
