Achieving a good result and being successful comes from the mind. As the saying goes, there would have been no history today but for the deeds and successes of great men.
It is said that success does not come at once. It takes time to nurture and achieve a set goal. The set goal develops with time as efforts are directed towards making it materialize.
In order to achieve success, one must observe certain imperative protocols. The concerned individual must first of all know and understand what he or she really wants then prepare and strive towards its actualization. Also certain factors play pertinent roles before success can be attained. Some of them include personal positive qualities, initiatives, will power and luck amongst others. One must take care of his own personal appearance, manners, attitude to others and equally endeavor to create the right attitude and impression concerning other people. Envy no one and have a clear conscience. Being positively ambitious and having a strong will power is also needed. Equally being reliable, friendly, humble and approachable is fundamental. Above all, putting God first is intensely the key.
Our great individual discipline is also key to our success in life be it academics or otherwise. Time planning and Management, doing the right things at the right time, being at the right place at the right time and being with the right people at the right time. All these are embedded in our individual effort to discipline ourselves. Discipline is life in the individual, a driving force for the actualization of a desired goal at a particular point in time.
The greatest enemy of success is you; the best friend of success is you. The key to unlock the door to success is in your hands. Do not allow the things around you to dictate your life. Be hardworking g, goal oriented, desired to bring the finest out of any circumstance. Be nice to people. People are important, and if you are nice to them they will like you. Give priorities to those things that should come first. You will be successful if you work hard and do your best. Little things should not be taken for granted as they are lead way to bigger things.
However, in the pursuit of success, one must not undermine the physical presence of difficulties, challenges and problems. They are the struggles one faces in the desire to attain success; the preeminent prices and sacrifices we must pay for the actualization of success. Government policies, the society, natural phenomenon, disasters and families are some of the adverse of success in our present day situation. If we see the obstacles as hurdles, we can leap over them. Successful people do not always have fewer problems. They have determined that noting will stop them from going forward. Whatever direction we choose, if we can realize that every hurdle we jump strengthens and prepares us for the next one, we are already on the way to success. Nothing has ever failed like success because nobody acquired knowledge and understanding from it.
Do not panic. Difficulties, challenges and problems are the sure obstacles we must meet on the way to success. Prepare ahead of time. Wake them up and challenge them before they get ready.  They are not meant to bring you down but to make you successful when you overcome them.
There is always room for improvement. Ask questions and desire a mentor. Gather the right and relevant information that you need they help you become stronger. For the things you do not know are bigger and stronger than you. By knowing the truth you become wiser. Learn new things everyday and desire to read, for readers are leaders.
Success does not come accidentally or by chance. It is a habitual production, developed in an individual. If you are living a life as others do, you will get what others get. Give the best you can to yourself, and it will return to you. You must be driven by the   enthusiasm   to be successful. Rely on yourself first, be patience and uphold your integrity in all that you do. Be optimistic and have that self confidence within you that you can make it.

It does not come by age, sex, academic level or size; it comes from our consciences towards issues of life that lies between our honesty and sincerity in our heart to ourselves in life.
